It’s been a while but its back! All things LDCM and in the wider world of Case Management are discussed, considered and presented here.
Firstly HUGE CHANGES at LDCM, we have moved offices due to not being able to fit into the old one
Our New Address is: Pure Offices, Lake view Drive, Sherwood Park, Annesley,
Nottingham NG15 0DT
Our new office is in the very lovely Pure Offices Building, and we should just say a big thank you to all of the fantastic staff who help us all to keep working seamlessly. We’ve moved due to an increased work load and the need to bring our HR in-house to provide the very best service for our clients and support workers, this leads me on to our next announcement…We are very proud to have Heather as our new colleague.
Heather specialises in employment and HR and is passionate about delivering the highest quality service for our clients and their support teams. Heather is a member of the Chartered Institute of Professional development (CIPD) and is also a Manchester United fan.
Conference season is in full swing and over the last 6 weeks we have attended some fantastic training. This week is all about BABICM. Two days of the very best practice and cutting edge developments within the world of TBI and case management. Louise will be attending, listening to some incredible motivational speakers and discussing the finer points of case management and client focused rehab. If you’re going to be attending BABICM why not give her shout out on twitter @louise_denzel and come and say hi. We’ll be sharing some of the fantastic golden nuggets from this years’ conference in future blogs.
If you (like us) have been seeking clarification over the requirements for CQC registration then you will have been interested to hear that BABICM have taken the proactive step of writing to the CQC to request guidance for its members. this is a very important step in opening up the conversation within the field of case management regarding registering and our designation within the sector. We will, of course keep you posted with an update as soon as we hear from BABICM.
We are Recognising excellence and going the extra mile in supporting and enabling our clients to live their best life. Every month we will be highlighting one of our amazing colleagues’ commitment to their role by giving them a shout out here, a High 5 and a small gift
The June award goes to…..
Naomi has really gone the extra mile this month in covering another colleagues’ sickness at very short notice. Naomi acted quickly and with her own initiative to solve a tricky problem and ensure that the client continued to receive uninterrupted care of the highest quality.
Great work Naomi, that’s why you’re Junes’ High 5.
Well, that’s all for now thanks for reading.
