Shakespeare Martineau Solicitors

I have been a Financial Deputy for a number of brain-injured and vulnerable clients who have been the victims of Clinical Negligence claims over the past 30 years and I have contracted with Louise as the Case Manager for a number of these clients over the past 10 or so years and I have always found her to be entirely discreet and effective and efficient and she has offered immense and very valued support and understanding to both the clients and their families and also to me, as the Financial Deputy in all these cases. She always delivers on her promises and is entirely reliable in my opinion and from my experience of her.

Alison - Support Worker

Having a case management company is reassuring for the client and their staff, knowing that we can call for advice and support takes off the pressure when having big challenges or problems.
I personally would like more training days like the TBI ones last year or even a chance to meet up once year with other support workers who work for LD Case management. It’s a good chance to share experiences and learn from one another.

Irwin Mitchell LLP

Having a case manager who understands the issues and the purpose of the litigation is fundamental from my point of view. I am very happy to be working with Louise on a couple of my cases. We are “singing from the same hymn sheet” in helping our mutual clients benefit as best they can from rehabilitation and achieve their goals. I will have no hesitation in instructing LDCM in the future.
